How smart now do you think the A’s were when they picked up Big Hurt?

Never mind his regular season performance which surpassed everyone’s expectations. He now takes his smattering of post-season experience and puts it to work this year.

  1. Kudos to Frank for hitting Santana. The Sox couldn’t have touched the guy if he was pitching underhanded.

If Frank should get his second ring in two years, I’m sure a copy of the Oakland newspaper will end up on Kenny Williams’ desk. :-)

  2. I get the feeling DonS would also give Kenny a suggestion on exactly how he can read the newspaper…..

    :-)
