If you want to see some old time base ball, the Vermilion Voles are playing this Sunday at the Newman Freedom Festival in Newman, Illinois.
The Vermilion Voles play vintage base ball based on the rules of (I think) 1858. It’s a very interesting experience and fun to watch. I heartily endorse it for the whole family.
